The color of my print does not seem the same as the computer image?

The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal and Credit Cards as methods of payment. Please keep in mind that you don’t have to open an account at PayPal in order to make a payment.

When will my products ship?

Products are printed and made when ordered. It takes 5 to 10 business days to process and ship your order.

How are my items shipped?

Items are shipped safely in sturdy packaging within 5-10 business days of order date, depending of the location and product ordered. It will ship by United States Post Office or UPS.

How do I place a custom order?

If you want a different color, size or quote than what we have to offer, please send us an email at info@jenniferpugh.com and we will create the perfect print for you. The custom fee starts at $15.00 plus the cost of the print.

What type of paper do you use?

We use a Giclee Art Print Style on Sterling Premium Fine Art 100 lb archival paper with a high gloss finish.  We use archival inks which are designed to resist fading and weathering so that it will endure for future enjoyment.

Can I return an order?

Due to the nature of this business, I am unable to refund or exchange the product you've purchased should you change your mind upon receipt of said product. It is very important to me that you be happy with your new purchase and for this reason, I am available to answer any questions you might have (in relation to the design, size, material, etc), prior to purchase.

What do I do if my product is not delivered in a timely manner?

Products should ship within 5-10 business days from order date. If your product has not been delivered within 6 weeks of order date and an investigation found that it was caused by USPS/UPS, I will refund your money or send replacement product at my expense.

What do I do if my product is damaged during shipping?

In the event of damage to the merchandise during transit, if you wish to receive a replacement or refund, I require that you email me at info@jenniferpugh.com and send the damaged product(s) back to me, and I would be more than happy to accommodate. Please keep in mind however, that the shipping of any and all damaged merchandise is to be incurred by the customer. Replacement is on me. Claims not reported within 3 business days of receiving product cannot be guaranteed a full credit. We ask if there is any visible damage upon arrival that you simply refuse the package and notify us immediately so we can send you replacements.

Why is there a white border on the 12×18 size prints?

The 12x18 art print is printed on 13x19 paper. The unframed print size is 12x18 with a .5" white border all the way around for framing. White area can be left on or trimmed off when framed.
